Hi I guess I'll be the first to post.
I was wondering how to make the screen where you choose which team members you want to put in you're party, and the screen where it shows you what quests you have. Also I wanted to know how to make the items you find show up on the text box. For example if you pick up let's say a flower than in the text box it will say '1 Flower'. How do you make the little flower icon show up next to the text?

Also can you tell me how to find people to help me with the character and battler graphics? I love the graphics fron the Millennium and DreamScape game. Can the same people do my character graphics. How would that work exactly?
I tried to make my own graphics and well... That didn't work out so well.

Also how do you make such great game music? Is there a program for that?

Yeah I know I'm sort of clueless.

Because I'm more on the resource gathering (partly and making) I can suggest cutting images from pictures, like this one:

You just need to cut it in size, exactly the same as the other ones you have in the RTP and save it in the same picture format as them in order for the maker to be able to use them. Note that, if you are making commercial game, using someone else's works is quite the bad move to do. Its great and really simple way to gather backgrounds for the battles.
If you have friends, which are good with scenery drawing, you can always ask for a background from them too.

The music is the most difficult thing here. In basic, you can use any editing software for MIDI files and compose music. But one needs skills to make music after all. As far as I know, all of Aldorlea's games (or most, played only those linked with Laxius) are using default RPG Maker music and paid music from third-party composers. If you are not going to make commercial game, I would gladly suggest hamienet.com, its quite the neat place to gather midi music from, just make sure to mention your source in the game's credits.

UMS-Universal Messaging Script You know..like hmm....err...how can I explain O.o ? Hmmm....instea of using the show Picture option Rmxp to show facesets,you can use a "code"(?depends on the UMS or AMS you use ) \face[*name of the faceset you imported*]...If you wanna display a item's icon and name or weapon's icon and name,you can use \oi[item number] or \ow[weaponnumber] ...I'm saying this with reference to CCoa's UMS script You can get them at rmxpunlimited.net(or anyother rpg make website )....you have to sign up though

You'll find a lot of resources just by doing a google search just make sure you have permisison to use them - there are plenty of things around for non-commercial projects.

Just make one and import From your other post I guess you're making the game with Rpg maker VX I have nil experience with rmvx though ^^ Maybe,Thauma could help you out
