Or instead of a limited use skill, perhaps have a limited number of "warp out of dungeon" gems in the world. Perhaps lower difficulty levels could have a "warp out of dungeon" gem in a treasure chest in every dungeon area (maybe more gems) and higher difficulty levels can have fewer, maybe none?
