problem with bunnies

I'm at the bunny cave on map snowyland 51 and here I quote the walkthrough:

"Check the cave and you will be ambushed by two bunnies. Which will quickly turn into multiple bunnies. Do this about 4 times and you will get a nature bow. Keep killing them until you kill them all (it might take a while) and you will get 12x roast beef"

I'm fighting them for 45 minutes straight now, does it really end or are they just keep comming? I'll just keep fighting for now and hope it's not for nothing.

Lol congratulations!! I asked the same question while doing the walkthrough. I quit and came back to it another time. Turned out I only had three fights left It really does take a long time to get through them!
