i found him at the port in adretana(if i remember right, sorry several days little sleep its a bit foggy)

He's also in the guard place in 1001 lakes. Can't do much there cause almost all the soldiers left, but Bokden is there!!

He is in one of the rooms in the castle during the Metrolia fights with Xander's team. I think that may be the same room he was in during LF1.
