How do you kill the Phoenix God???

I've tried every thing I can think of on this guy and still nothing works can someone give some help please?

I've killed it within 4 rounds......i revived Marion and had her cast terror on him...gave him plague and it took out about 80.000/90.000 hp per turn.

I tried his strategy and it definitely works, though I went back to an earlier save and am replaying some parts ...

haha, yeah, took me eight hours.

@Danni81: Note that if you already revive someone and then kill the Phoenix God, you lose the opportunity to resurrect a second character. you have to kill it with wendala alone and THEN talk to yveen. of course, this is extremely hard without cheating. like I said, it took me a good eight hours.

Make sure to have something like 70 evade (monk bracers give 40, chaos orb gives 17, you also need chaotix for the auto-hit, if you don't wanna have to sit in front of the computer for 8 hours xD) you can also use the blood slave armor (10 evade) and sword... that'll put you at 67 evade, and last but not least, whatever helmet gives you the most evade.

Kanifer - some updates.

Use the Dream Diadema - it gives +10 evade.
Use the Ketakeri Blade (Random can kill the forbidden dragon with one hit using the good old Legendary Sword, so he doesn't really need it)
Get level -3 in the Undead Guild and boost Wendala's strength (I had 3200+ STR for Wendala).

Now equip other equipment as you suggested, and just fight.
You do 900+ damage each hit, at least one hit per round, at least one critical hit every 2-3 rounds.

You are done in 2-3 hours (I checked after 3 hours and it was done).

Thanks again for the awesome strategy - I especially liked the way you combined equipment properties to get a good effect.

You think too hard, just use a weapon that inflicts plague, it will die in one round in less than a minute.
