Here's what REALLY happened:

His head got bigger and bigger, until it just... exploded.

BUT, since he had nothing much in it (his head) anyway, his body sort of just... didn't die. The GC put a pumpkin on it, painted to look like his old head, and Louis never knew the difference ...

I got a question; What was up with Guanidia? When he first shows up, he suddenly has new appendages and bodily changes that he didn't have in 3S, (and his picture there was taken straight from LP3, so he didn't change to that degree in LP,) and later on, there's a few times in which he acts rather suspicious, or does things you wouldn't think he'd do based upon his previous displays of his personality and character, mostly in LFIII. This is the kind of build-up that a traitor usually gets. And yet, it seems that Guanidia wasn't a traitor after all. So tell me Indie, what was up with Gunaidia?

1.When Luciana teleports off to the Metrolia Ruins, Guanidia says '...!' and jumps in after her, and when she and Coryool arrive at the ruins, Guanidia is listening. If he had been a traitor, then this all would have been neatly explained; he wanted to check on what she was doing and report back to the GC. If he wasn't, then why would he bother? In fact, there were plenty of other characters that were more likely to follow her, but one of the least likely, the cowardly Guanidia, did. If he wasn't a traitor, it doesn't make sense.

2.Less important, but there's a moment on the island when he goes '...' again, like the party is talking about something, and Guanidia wouldn't like them to.

3.The bodily change; You gave no explanation. Body's just don't change at a whim. In order for this make this sense, there should have been a reason for Guanidia's body to change, and since he looks more...'demonic', I could only conclude that he drank the dark blood.

4.Back in LFII, Guanidia just showed up out of the blue, offering to help even though he had previously shown to be a coward. Why was he so willing to help? How did he know where they are? Without any real explanation given, the only logical conclusion is 'traitor'.

5.His battle quotes. He seems to actually like fighting now. 'I use your health to make me stronger!' 'It feels so good now!'. Emphasis on the latter quote; 'It feels so good now.' Yes, now, like it used not to. *Cough*DARKBLOOD!*Cough*

So Indie, I ask again; what was up with Guanidia?

1. Nonononono, Guanidia is a coward, yes, UNTIL he is needed to save the day. In that case he can be quite courageous.

3. Guanidia morphes. He does it in the LP saga already.

4. Guanidia was set free when Random decided to live just with Sarah. He had many chances to learn about Random coming to help Adretana since the news was massively spread on the Deport.

5. He rather likes his own spells and how they boost him and drag the enemies down.

Well...if that's how it is, then that's how it is. Personally, I feel that there was some wasted opportunity there, but, your character, and your story. (Just, in the future, try to stay away from traitor build-up if the character isn't a traitor. )

Hey i don't know if it's the right place for this or if somebody will see it and answer, but i hope so. Does anyone remember what it takes to unseal the jar with the monster in cantal? I have done it before, i know what happens if i do it, but right now no matter how hard I try I just can't unseal it and it keeps asking me to name someone else to try because apparently my random isn't strong enough to be my man for this task and NO ONE can do it. I just don't remember and i'm trying to do an experiment...anyone, please?
