Item List & The Manor

Hello,

I have two questions if someone can please help.

Is there a list of necessary items to keep from the Items List apart from the Relics, healing items - there are so many now to scroll through.

Where are you offered to bu the Manor.

I would keep all weapons, equipments, etc.....you never know when you will need them for quests (especially with three more games on the way!)

And the manor can be purchased from the main road of Adretana in one of the houses....can't remember which one but if you are heading up from the gates its on your left!
