Question about Batabog

I noticed one thing, that no one seemed to mention here on the forum yet. If my memory is right, back in LF1 there was a tomb stone around Tyrine with a name Batabog and something like "Died in storm" written on it. That would explain how Batabog ended in Ultai and why he is so grateful to Djarma.
Does anyone else remembers this to, or am I wrong?

if i remember right, batabog says something about hiding from his enemies and needing to get away if you talk to him before you get Djarma.
