How do you get rid of Shrinkage?

I cannot figure out how to get rid of shrinkage.

Fastest way is to kill your character with Werewolf bite, then bring back to life.

Most of the time, some of the characters will have some kind of adverse condition after returning from the Institute caused by the cold.

Broff for example will be in Ice Jail status. And some will be in shrinkage status. Just get into a battle. I go into the sewers under the headquarters and let everyone fight once and all are back to normal.
