How do you get enough persuasion points to get zeberon to open the hidden wall. I assume you cant get further without doing this. Help would be appreciated.

You have to finish the Thief Guild quest to open the chest. He raises your persuaion points as a reward.

This has been addressed in other places. First you have to complete all the quests for the Thief's guild. This will give you access to their secret area where you get more persuasion points. The items in the Cosmepolis secret area aren't necessary to complete the game.
