What do you mean Stuck? Just put ADAM and confirm? What exactly is happening?

only cant press A and D than cannot go any further on the 3rd letter it beeps and stuck there. Try several times

I think that you need to erase all the leters that appears when you put the name and then put ADAM, erase with ESC or 0 from the numpad.
