cocka cocka fire storm

Hi, Iam playing LFII, Hornets in Pachami. Cocka Cocka is in the level 50 and don't have the fire storm spell, How get this spell and where? Thanks

According to drakov's skill list, Cocka-Cocka should learn Fire Storm at LV61
