CAN'T GET THRU NORMAN'S TEMPLE ENTRANCE

Hey -
Been through the Castle of malice, jumped did everything, & I mean everything, but went to get Norman's help, & returned
to Temple he's hiding out in but I can't get through the green light bars. Unfortunately, I don't have Gravitron w/me! Is he a required character? I'm @ level 53 w/Marine, Benoit, Abu & James (Salome, merline, Jack. Piu-Piu, Fairy from swamp.)
Help anyone

Just make the lights combinations right, pay attention in the collors in the ground and do exactly as the collors shows.

hey -
I've already got my brother going nuts on this too! over 25 combos, i figured eventually we would get it...i've tried N, S, E, W. Then all around & up & down I followed the color pattern on the floor backword, forward, sideways...what am i doing wrong?
sorry, i really am stuck on stupid esp. when I have to ask my lil' bro here @ home & even he couldn't get it!
