there's a lot of houses that i can burgle in adretana but even only 1 i cant burgle it!random's level is level 50 and have resistance of 600+ and wendala is on level 46 800+ mind.where i can level up with a greater xp monster in chapter 4?also can i buy the house in adreatana even i have a HQ but it costs 200.000K can't afford it maybe i can if someone helps me how to get a lots of money.

Try this topic http://www.aldorlea.org/officialsite/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=7062. But to make long story short - it's not necessary to burgle everything, you will get another chance in LF2.
As for buying the house, it isn't necessary either, I'm not sure if there's a trick for earning money with bunny races in Chapter 3, I've earned gold for the house and other thing by farming Heavenly dragon in Chapter 4 - it's 280g per kill I believe, let's say 6 kills/minute max, i.e. something like 300 dragons per hours (with pauses) = 84000g per hour which is quite doable (Plus you will lots of exp for doing so...). And you won't get any benefits from buying the house sooner, so I would wait for Chapter 4.

You will meet Heavenly Dragons during the last part of the game - in the Heavenly town of Gladenmore. There are more of them, and this one respawns:

to burgle a house (any house at all) you need the burgular bar from the theives guild (sorry, i know you missed the guild)

The burgle bar and burglary points from the Thief Guild increase your ability to break into houses. I don't think you need either/or to burgle successful, but they do help, especially on the hard houses and at lower character levels.
