Then either he is:
-Extremely unobservant and doesn't realize that he doesn't look like a monk, and that he should wear a little badge that says "Hey, Ladies, I'm unavailable. Sorry." ( +::biggrin

) just so he doesn't break any hearts;
-Or he thinks he is so ugly nobody will even want him;
-Or he is cruel and likes breaking hearts and misleading women;
-Or he's available.
