I had Clea in my party and not Melvut the first time. Clea says she thinks it would be a good idea to try and cure them. Went back with Melvut and nothing happens. Still no luck.

I had missed that special chicken completely, so I did talk to it with the fox, but tried without too (had Clea then) and I think the result was the same.

Hmmm can you please tell me what Mel says about the chickens?The same thing Clea says?Because the first time I had Clea in the active party and no Mel so the second time I put Mel in the active party nothing happens,so I missed her comments about the chickens Who would have thought a chicken's dance problem would be so complicated??????

I'm sorry, this has been some time ago. Don't know if I have a close save file. I'll look later, can't right now cause it's driving me nuts that I can't find a way to Thief Bay.

Edit: I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with the fox. He doesn't say a word when talking to the chicken. Jordan talks to it, the chicken says it can't stop moving, Clea accidentally tries to purify it. Jordan asks the rooster if he had seen that before, he denies and Jordan says, let's move on until we know more. The fox in the party doesn't change anything and Clea does the same thing, even when you remove her.

Yes, I know it's written there but I interpreted it in a wrong way.
I've been exploring that Arxisian Fortress and killed Zvadon and Leonora. Now Jordan said the demon isn't there.
At that point I hadn't checked my questbook for quite a long time and it says, go to Thief Bay and kill the demon of tricks. And on the world map it says Thief Bay right under ther word Ardeth, just in a smaller font. And dumb me thought it might be a single little island there or so.
Anyway, the good thing is, by searching for a path there I found another muscle stretcher on the worldmap.
The bad thing is, for the first time I'm really stuck! Normally I always find my way in games (at least for the main quest) and I'm annoyed by myself.
