Oh, I forgot something too. On the Wittaland worldmap there's a Mask of Winter lying around in a grassy area at the top of the map. Stumbled over it accidentally when hunting for that egg.

What about the Muscle Stretcher on the Ardeth worldmap? It's in a mountain, but I'm not sure if it's there from the start.

the little kid shiro from the gao school learns his skills from enemy monsters, he gets killer swarm from vermalla bee, a flame attack from the carnivorous fires, a power up for that spell by touching the green fire in the tomb under the ego demons hideout, 'i can see you' from the hotels head mistress, and a power up of that after her rematch, but you have to remember to have him IN the party, and the monsters have to use the spells (though the i can see you and its powerup didnt need a spell, i think they still needed shiro in the party) there are probably a lot more too, i just havent found them yet
