Hi - I am having a problem accessing my saved games. A dialogue box appears reading "Unable to find Data/Map087.crvdata." This happens with any of my saves. Thanks.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. All save files should remain.

Played the whole game and loved it! I'm probably the only nut who chose the marriage option.

Spoiler: show

Got all the side quests possible and every chest but #45 and the silver ones at the end.

I have 3 questions:
1) What exactly is "Loveless" as the reward for Emil's quest and do I have to have it for the next game in the series?
2) Where is #45 chest
3) How were you supposed to get in the silver chests at the end or were they teasers?

Loveless is pretty much a project that has been planned for so long
Chest number 45 is likely in the Abyss, Emil's House, Water Temple or Frozen Forest Place.
The silver chests at the end are opened by examining the crystals

On another note,

Great! Went back and found all chests and finished all quests except Emil's. Does NOT getting the "Loveless" reward affect the 2nd game in your series? Also, since I didn't complete it, I can't go in the castle with the locked door....is their a reward for that battle? TY, tlc

Nope, by getting Loveless in this game, it will really only affect the ending of this game.

Locked Tower door...Got into the tower, collected all goodies and tried to leave but couldn't. So, I completed game thinking I could go back but no. Is this a bug or did I forget something?

It's a bug - It happened to me. I believe it will be fixed in the next version.

send a saved file to Emil and he will get you out of the tower

Speaking of the new contents, will there be some kind of time limit for the new side quests? Like, after you hit a certain point in the story, certain quests will close and you can't do the quest anymore? I think I'll need to start a new game to get the full extent of the new stuff anyway.

Bad news with the new version is that because it is having new scripts, all old saves are knocked out. I am trying to work out a way to import your stuff from a previous save.

Version 1.6 -
I know I said I would be working on Version 2, but by so many requests, Version 1.6 will have the quest log. The update will be released in october. I will send the update to all that want it.

Wow, it's been some time since I heard from this. I had a feeling that the new content would be incompatible with the old saves. If you can't do anything about importing the old saves, then don't worry about it. I have a feeling that with the new contents being added, one would have to replay the whole game to get to the new stuff.

If the price of this game is going to be raised, how will that work for those of us who already purchased it?

Updates are free for those who purchased, I just need to add everyone's emails to a huge list which I will put into my Automailer application that I made a few weeks ago. That will have the url for the latest update.

Eternal Abyss has been taken off my website for a bit until updates are completed. But is still avaiable to biy
