Church Statue

How do you pick up the church statue. It keeps telling me its too cold for anyone to pick up?

When the party completes the Water shrine Liza gains the ability to pick it up, so collect it on your way out.

this is part of the side quest right? i kinda forgot to get the orb when i finish the fight..
