which place is once off only?

is there any place that can't be visited again once we leave it?
because with so many quests, it is not always possible to finish on the first try

Like for all games of this kind, with many quests and things to do, I recommend trying your best in your first play through and only in your second try to do the "perfect file".

can i know how many secret rooms there are in these places (once off)?
so for next time i can add the rest to 51 in total, so far i only manage to find 20++ and now i'm in hall of madness

I dont have the exact count but it's almost impossible to find all the secret rooms in a first play.
I think players should open a thread and give hints each other about them - eventually all may be found.

About the rooms:

I found one at the trials, that Guanidia only can cross. In the Smugglers Warehouse there is another hole that Guanidia only can cross, it gives nice bonus, but it is not a secret room.

I am not sure I missed anything in those places or not. I really tried exploring fully.

The one at the trial can also be entered by Sparkie. Doesn't hurt to get Sparkie early on in the trial instead of later. Have to build him up anyway, so why not do it some in the trials.
