Stuck in Dvorsky Tower

I am ready to pull my hair out, I know I have to find a hidden passage but I feel like ive looked everywhere. I have a screenshot of where I am, but I cant figure out how to post it.

I just stepped on the tile that is above the entrance/exit

I remember this part - very tricky.
I also couldn't find the path, but it was quite logical in the end.

From the point where you're standing, just go down and hug the left wall. A few steps down from the point your screenshot ends, there should be a walkable part of the wall. It's also distinguished graphically. If I remember it right there's an arrow on the ground. Maybe it can be even seen on your screenshot. So just try this.
