Nope, it's in Kylesmore Hotel, the place (not dungeon) before the mansion.

Finally got there but there is no Boss to fight !!!!!

in order to fight the boss you need the kylesmore essence... you click on it from the inventory and a dialogue will start ... do you have it ?
If not ... it can be found in Marvel's castle ... one of the bosses drop it...
