So does this mean you are now at the point of going up for the final boss battle?

The game or the final battle?
I really liked the game. The battle was a bit too easy for a final fight, but in the rest of the game fighting was about what I expect when playing Normal mode, although the encounter rate was high enough that fighting could become a bit tedious when exploring dungeons really thoroughly.
What I liked is that the dungeons weren't so huge that you get lost all the time. And that no secret room was hidden in a mean spot like just a random spot on the world map. That was a thing I really hated in Asguaard. Here you have a fair chance to find them all, which is very satisfying when you do.
The only thing I really missed in the game was getting the chance to go shopping. I like comparing weapons and armor and making my decision on what to buy. And then having this WOW effect when first trying out a real cool weapon that I saved money for for a while.
Bot overall it's a real good game and I liked it.

I thought the shopping thing was quite interesting.

I'm one of those players who buys every potion/herb/serum they can - but then ends up hardly using any. To have the number that I could buy limited really made me think about them in a way I normally don't. I found plenty, so was never short, but I did have that little anxiety about "what happens if..." - anxiety in a good way, not in a way that reduced the enjoyment.

I didn't spend a single coin at all. And I think the only item I ever used in the whole game was one Blessed Balm because someone got cursed.
Also, item shopping usually isn't very exciting, other than buying weapons and armor. This is what I really like.
