Lost in the marshlands

I have been to the crypt and gotten the sceptre and am trying to make my way to Xen. I keep going around in circles trying to get out of the marshlands. I am not able to open the maps on this forum and maps I found online are so blurry they're unreadable. Any help?

From the screen where the crypt is, go north three screens till you reach the first screen where you entered the swamp. Then go east on screen, and from there south two screens.There's the exit.
