Western Hills - where are they?

I've been all over the Easter Hills and also defeated the Kathex.
My party need to go to the Western Hills to see what they can find.
Where are the Western Hills? I've wandered all over the World Map and found something but not the Western Hills.
Please help!!!

OK I'm answering my own question.

Went back to the Eastern Hills and went to the correct exit in the north. Previously after defeating the Bandit Chief I went the long way back to Peatfall

I exited onto the World Map and the path was clearly shown into the Western Hills.

Loving this game BTW!!!
