So I've made it to the mana stream, but apparently I am missing the thing to store the shadow power in. I'm also missing a couple of secret rooms (found #44. I think I'm missing 39 and 41 or 42?). I feel like I've walked and rowboated about everywhere, but obviously not. Any hints? Thanks!

The things to store the shadow power in you can't get to until you get the Sailboat, which is later. For now continue to Elmwood, you'll get a chance to hop on a sailboat after a sequence of events in Elmwood.

There's a hint for where to find the Entities after you defeat:

Jilnoa. Check the documents on the desk after that battle, and it will tell you where to go.

For Secret Room I'll have to check my notes as I'm at work right now. I'll add more when I get home.

Great, thank you so much! I've been so worried that if I went into Elmwood, and I didn't have this thing, I'd be stuck1 Ok, onward!

Yeah, there's a sequence you will have to do in Elmwood (the game will warn you about it first), but without giving anything away let's just say not everything goes according to plan so things continue after the events in Elmwood, and that is when you can go find the two Entities. Though one of them can be found before this, the 2nd is in an area you can't access until after the Elmwood Events.

As for the secret rooms:

#39 is in the sewers of Silvanos. It's hard to spot.

#41 is in the Tall Oak Forest. You'll need go to the clearing where the wedding was supposed to be held to find it.
#42 is in the Slime Caves, past the purple door. Slime Caves is on the East side of the Crossroads Campground.

edit: found #39, thank you! but I guess it's #43 that I'm missing (and 45 now, but I"m still looking for that one)

I'm a bit confused about what to do next. I'm in chap 9, my characters are all in the 80s (except Renee of course), I've gotten Kira's last report from the dwarf, I've sailed around and visited the islands, and gotten their booty....but I still haven't found a vessel to store the shadow power in, and I'm not sure where to go. Thanks!

Oh, no worries! I didn't, but I found enough to get my prize from the Dwarf! I do have another question though - I read the note that told me where to find the 3rd entity, and when I go to
