What's the file size of it?
Is it about 460mb?
If it still doesn't download properly, I'll have to check with BMT what's going on.
Me, on Mozilla, with no antivirus or firewall (aka the enemies of indie devs), it gets downloaded and installed properly.

I just downloaded and installed within the past 20 minutes with no problem.

All my other games I downloadedfrom indy and others were just fine they downloaded and installed great
Horizon Odyssey did good

I'm pretty sure there is some microsoft bullshit involved in this. Have you tried running it as administrator, or exclude it from the Data Execution Prevention, that kind of stuff?

It is a Microsoft thing. What I had to do is this:

Right click the setup icon and from the dropdown menu select 'Troubleshoot compatability'
You could try the first option (go with their recommended settings), but if that doesn't work pick 'Troubleshoot Program'
Select 1st option ('The program worked...')
Then on the next choice box either 'I don't know' or 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)'

Click the Test Program button.
If it works, check the box where it asks if you want this setting to be used for this program always.


It makes no logical sense to me at all that a patch for Windows XP fixes this.

MS and to be honest all antiviruses are devs' worst enemies. Very incompetent overall.
