Bleeder

Luke walk in Holy Shrine and got the skill Bleeder, but he cant use it. His TP is 100.
Level 5.

I had the same issue. Does it have to do with the used weapon? I found a wand and when I started using that, I couldn't use the bleeder skill

Bleeder only works with one of the several swords you will find. It doesn't work with rods (blunt) or spears for whatever reason. That is the same for other character's weapons (i.e. gun) as you progress in the game.
