I think perhaps her Preacher skill may be healing her, but again, I don't have any visual clues to see what's going on. Any help?

To be honest, she was tough but wait until you use the OddEgg for Q#11. I think I just spent 1/2 of my day in that battle. I used the Hammermaces to finally crack the egg. Also cooking it with fire spells helped most of the time. Party members had to be constantly be revived because of spell and attack reflection. And the Bad Egg has laser skills as well as a mass de-buff skill.
I might have been using Lexus' Punisher (lvl 2) and Kraken's "No Country for Bosses" with TP being replenished with "Energy Infinite" to defeat the Dust God. If you can find a weakness, the using Luke's Animus allows a specific character 2x per turn to attack with physical attacks.
