I chose Rod because that was the generally weakest weapon available to the party. However, the Golgoth Rod from Suze is considered medium/heavy and apparently Luke and the two women are weaklings and cannot equip the very powerful weapon. I've even stripped them of all equipment to no avail.

Is there an attribute number that must be improved? Or is this just an oversight when defining the weapon in the database?
