Salem's TP

Salem doesn't keep her TP. In a fight the TP charge, but afterwards they'll always drop to 3. Is that on purpose or is it a bug?

And maybe a stupid question, but what exactly is an Insta Win? I tried to figure it out, but I can't find a pattern. I thought, maybe if I kill the monster before "Round 1" appears on the screen, but I had Insta Wins also after that.

Now I'm even more confused. Then I should get way more Insta Wins because I'm usually done with a fight before "Round 1" comes up (not too often anymore now though) or shortly after. I don't remember ever seeing it say "Round 2".

Okay, I don't get this, really.

Round 2 means that round 1 is over.

To me this means, as long as it doesn't say "Round 2" I'm still before round 2. Therefore I should still get an Insta Win when "Round 1!!!" has come up. But I don't. Occasionally, but mostly not.

This is kinda weird as I do believe the coding clearly gives insta win until round 2 is mentionned.
Maybe insta wins expire after you've had many, I'll have to check that out.

No, it's been like that from the start.
With insta wins I have now reached achievment 2/3, so I still have ways to go I guess.
And I can't recall any fight where I even reached the point where round 2 is mentioned. I didn't pay attention to that in boss fights because then I'm quite busy coming up with a strategy and watching how much damage my little people take. But in regular fights I kill them as fast as I can.
