Secret Room #1 is located at the Edge of Indeneira. At the lake in the woods (not the lake in the Caves of Fal) where we found Sarah, go to the North-West corner of the clearing. There will be a treasure chest there. If you stand directly on the left side of the chest and go up, you'll find the secret room!

Additional guidance: From where you enter witch woods, go one screen right, you'll see a save rabbit as you enter the screen. Go down over the bridge and keep following the pumpkins to the second bridge. Don't cross the second bridge but walk down the screen and make your way anti-clockwise around the trees and water in the middle of the screen. As soon as you can, make your way up and slightly right. Look for two red flowers and a log that are close together. Walk right and up to find the secret room.
