ok got ya. Yea Im only 1 on the white rose. What would make this really nice is if there was a description for each quest because I honestly do not even remember what the white rose was.

most of them are towns- which should tell you where to go

White Rose is the bar in veratos.

You will be doing some brewing/alchemy for this one

I know it makes you brew a lot of different stuff for that quest-- it's good though
let's you see more of the stuff the game has to offer that you otherwise may not have checked out.

if you get on your boat and go NORTH EAST of the town Veratos you'll see a small island.. before you may have noticed it was an empty island but once you've beaten the game a portal opens up on it.

did you get your crafting up to 10 yet? all that hellstone and meteorite is useful.

Yes I got into there even before finishing the main story line. That's how I grew my characters

My guys are mid-20 level (after lots of grinding in the volcano and that hole in the ground), and I can't even survive one battle in the nearby castle.

What should I do after getting the ship? Where are some recipes? I feel like I'm missing something...

In Winsor you can receive the Fungal key- walk to the fungal dungeon (just east of Winsor) and you can explore there.
Just to be clear, have you done everything at NOrwall that you can? You need to speak with King Uthar multiple times if you have not.

Did you ever return to Athos' home to get the relic that you need? All the way back at the beginning of the game where Athos began there is a switch in his house that unlocks a new zone you need to go into.

Do you have your boat yet?

The recipes unlock automatically by leveling up your crafting/alchemy.
Are all of your characters equipped with relics to increase their stats every level up?

I did progress but now I'm stuck with the Mad Queen. I've got a party of 4 (inc. the MQ) and found the lever but can't find the key to progress to the north. Near a statue? I've clicked on all of those...

Never mind--found it!

Good.

always pay attention in the dialogue in this game.

I don't saturate the dialogue, when you're given it- assume it's important
and they ALWAYS tell you exactly where to go.

Remember in towns you can also talk to the same npc more than once (in most cases) and they'll share more information with you.

Not sure if anyone found it:

Once you perform the exorcism on Zaina.. if you talk to her a couple times- right after the scene ends
she'll comment on how beautiful Destiny is and she will give you a very helpful relic.

if you don't get it there- it's gone for good- that's your only chance.
