Edit-Wrong mermaid. But take note because you'll want to come back to her after you heal the correct mermaid. From where that mermaid is, go to the next screen, head right and counterclockwise to a cul-de-sac. That's where you'll find the queen's servant.
Omg Lady JJ! I feel so dumb. Yep, I've been going to the wrong mermaid. Although I guess eventually I would have found him once I decided to go on. LoL
