I'm stuck in this place, I killed the lesbian spider (according to Random) and explored the whole place but I can't seem to find a way to continue. I found a Sylvan statue but I don't know what to instert in order to do something. Is the sylvan the answer to continue?

Use the horn you got as a drop from the spider's boss fight from the inventory, then go to the chest.

I guess that you are talking about Eliandre's Tusk, problem is: the tusk doesn't appear on the itens list when I click on the sylvan AND I tried using through the menu(under key items) and it didn't worked.

Item tab -> All items -> Scroll up form bottom. It's there. And yes, it's the tusk.
It's not with the Sylvan. The Sylvan needs mithril to revive.

Oh I see, since I asked if the Sylvan was the answer and you said to use the item dropped from the spider, I thought you were talking about the Sylvan. I get it now, thanks.
