I started with Jahydel and then revisited all the places I remember seeing a npc and interacted with them. Counted 17/17 and returned to Jahydel. I gave up and moved on after 8 tries and still don't have the sword in my inventory.

@rpsmith you do have it, it's not an equippable it's a perk like the ones you get from guilds

Thank you so much! So, eventually i'm not utterly stupid, my game is bugged. Do you, maybe, remember if you had solved quest 16 before solving 17?

BUG: I can't complete quest 17. I ended up with 18/17 people and when i talk to Jahydel, Lucy keeps saying "they must check all the houses one by one". I suspect this happened because i had not competed quest 16 first.
@Indinera: can you help if i send you my save file? I only have 1 save in the swamp.

Yes. It should cover everything except the bug involving Louthros' mastered Born Survivor skill.
If I left something out, please kindly let me know.

i have to report a couple of bugs too..when i reached the 5 rank in hunter's guild and went to the top floor a lady said she would massage me..but when i clicked yes, i had the message of a missing audio/me/Musical2.ogg

also, when i try to form my last battle party, coryool, wendie, louthros and sandy are reserved..this makes impossible for me to use transformation jar on the actual party, the effects go to Louthros party instead..the same goes for the buffs and benefits from chests, rooms etc..

and..when i travel to Azan i see Zelina by the entrance statue, though i have her in my party at the same time!

First one is fixed, third one is super strange as she's properly tagged to disappear if in the party.
Do you have a savefile?
It could be connected to the strange thing you describe in bug #2.

They should be in the main folder of the game, in a sub-folder simply called "save".

The problem with quest 17 is fixed ( but i messed up, because i had only one save in the swamp, and i started all over, levelling all the techs for the second time +::cry

I was testing what triggers the lady who exchanges the guild map for the ticket to hell to appear in Forlani, so:
- I rushed through the killer pit, i didn't visit Forlani at all ( fwiw, i also didn't get the God slayers map ).
- I rescued Wendy.
- Went to Forlani, for the first time, and the lady wasn't there.
- I bought the Ticket to hell, no lady.
- I started talking to the people, checking every time if the lady appeared, but nothing.
- I finished SQ16, no lady.
- I finished SQ17, no lady.

So, if you visit Forlani for the first time, after you rescue Wendy, the Shadows guild map lady doesn't appear. Is that intentional or a bug??
