I seem to have lost the mail with the link! So, do I have to sent a mail to this Micro-something too? Furthermore, do I have to copy my save files beforehand?

Please send me an email to aldorlea@googlemail.com and I'll send you a new link to download it.

In general it's best to backup your save folder before any change, although in theory reinstalling should not delete your current savefiles.
