Guild of Hunters 2nd Quest - Stuck

I am stuck. How do you convince Lord Makaza'ik to stay?

Luci and Random do not want to polish his helmet so when I click no one, he leaves.

Random must persuade Luci to polish his helmet. She doesn't want to. When you get to that part in the dialogue, you'll see a message that says how many persuasion points Random has. He needs to reach that minimum. You can try using stat boosts and/or equipment to get his persuasion points up. Experiment with what you have. Indy's a big believer in LUK, so I would boost and equip anything that increases LUK.
Once Random persuades Luci to polish the helmet, she must then persuade the hunter lord to stay. She'll also get a message as to how many persuasion points she has. Again, experiment with boost stats and equipment to get her persuasion points to that minimum.

Oh ok, thank you so much. Seems like I will just have to call this quest unsuccessful because I tried everything and gave him everything I have an he is still 12 points short.
