No bath

Hi, I am trying to do the leaf bird quest. I have done the assassin and reported it to shadow guild, but, when I go back to the farm Sarah is stood there but there is no bath, did I miss something?

This is my second playthrough, last time it was there no problem, but, I did not equip Sarah with thorn bow, now I have

Equipping Sarah with the thorn bow only ensures she gets mad enough to shoot her arrow and then downs the leaf bird. It doesn't have anything to do with the sequence of getting Sarah to the bath in the back yard. I think you have to hire the guard so the assassin is caught and, IIRC, you have to not talk to Sarah by the bath in the front yard. It's something crazy like that, but I don't remember exactly. I'll check my notes.
