I feel like a bit of an idiot having to ask but I can't remember how to get to the entrance to the Silver Cave. can I get some help?

At the moment I am in Kandara but I can get pretty much anyplace I want to go as I have the balloon. I am just trying to get all the skills and whatnot before I go back to Kremdjir. Is the entrance in Hyperbole Caves? And, on a different subject, is it possible to get back in to the Hyperbole Hall of Justice?

You can't go back to the Silver Cave after you rescue Glen and you can't get back to the Hall of Justice either after you rescue Glen.

Those two place and the Center of the World are unavailable after the rescue.
