Cant Talk to Sarah???

Hey guys, I downloaded 3 Stars 2 days ago. I have restarted the game several times and followed several walkthroughs but nothing I do lets me talk to Sarah when I get to her. Is anyone else having this problem, or can someone tell me what I am doing wrong??? Thanks!

I think this is at the very first of the game where you have to go and find her. You need to go west and you will eventually find her in the woods to the south. I can't remember the name of the woods but you will see a pond and there will be an entrance south of the pond.
