gate behind diner gate in witch wood manor

i am in diner in manor where i killed elder to open gate but there is one more metal gate i dont know how to open it i have tried all the lever please help me out

If this the area I'm thinking of, there was a switch near the entrance that you turned on, go back to it and turn it off again, see if that helps.
