if you mean crack in the wall as area where lot of spiders present, i have gone there and found the lucretia key. what is the butchery you said? i can't seem to open the gate beside the wax models of random and luciana

The butchery is through a black doorway on the left hand side of the map/area. It just looks like a black cut out part of the wall but is in fact a doorway.
