move beside the skeleton and walk to the left side, clicking on the wall. please confirm if found it

click all over the wall - you are bound to find it

Clicking never worked for me, but using the directional up arrow while facing the north wall and against the north wall a couple of steps from the west wall should let you exit to the Outer World. Use that White Room to heal your party when needed.
