I have both of the keys, but the prison gates do not seem to open as I have tried all gates, can you tell me where they work and how they work?

Also their are two pictures in the hallways that seem to look like people in my party, but have pushed and hit against them? nothing seems to work?

Please help?

What prison gates? One key will open the middle door in the mansion. The other opens the area that by the wax figures, I think. In any case, when you unlock a door/gate, you will get a message as to which key you've used.

The pix in the hallways don't do anything. Only the one of the skeleton, in the room with the chest, does anything.

dead key opens the door beside the two wax statues, in upstairs of middle door. the lucrecia key opens the gate you find once you click on the skeleton potrait in the room you opened with the dead key
