Cape of Ultai

Where is the Cape of Ultai; how do you access it?

I have read the questions here that there are Quests available and important things to find, but I have never seen any indication of it. I have never seen any Wizards gathering????

the cape of utai is accessed by a map tht ya get in the rillia port,then use tht map in rillia then look for a blue talking tigo thtll take ya to cape k^^

Use the Map To Southern Shores in Rillia. From where you arrive on the southern shores, head all the way right, then all the way down.

Talk to the Talking Fish you find and choose the option 'Dive'.

You'll arrive at the Island Of Ultai. Head down the screen until you see a tree then turn right. Follow the shore until it dips down, this is the entry to the Cape Of Ultai.

bring barreta while ya at it unless ya past the Mushroom quests cause ya can find the true golden pyramid for a quest later on in utai but ya need baretta to locate it with perception k
