Marine has lost her skills

Hi!
Marine has lost her call Jeanne, green orb, red orb, double slap and side-kick skills. I've tried some restoratives to cure fatigue, coldness, venom etc. She has full HP and MP after restng at the monastery. Does anyone know why? How can I change it. I know I'm going to need them when she gets to the Saphire Cave and finds Hirado. Been there before but because I couldn't defeat the Djinn I had to go back a long way and do it again.

I don't think Call Jeanne ever disappears in the game.... when did that happen?

As far as I can recall it was sometime on the Rocky Path. I've been backwards and forwards so often that I've lost track. It wasn't until I entered the Saphire Cave that I wanted to call on them and they'd disappeared. I went back to the monastery to rest but they haven 't reappeared.

Call Jeanne and Green Orb don't disappear.
There must have been something that corrupted the savefile I'm afraid.

False alarm. They've returned. Don't ask me how or why but my monitor is going funny, so maybe I missed something. Sorry about that.
