Now that we've all had some time to digest the consequences of what happened in MM2, here's something I sent to Indy not long after I finished the game. This also presumed that there would be no further chapters beyond MM3, although some of the storyline may progress into future chapters:

Now that we know that Marine has five (Karine, Hirado, Benoit, Abu and Jezabel), she returns to Mystrock and adds Dee and Gravitron. The Sage, in accepting the list addenda, permits fairies and robots to be included, over the protests of Borgon, but not Lord Dragon. Abu returns to Green Grass, summons the aid of Claryssa (Marine's mom as we discovered) to heal Stefan completely. He is listed for the battle as well. Three opponents of Dragon's government are found and they all join the list, but just in time.

The combat ensues, with the final encounter, likely Dragon v Marine, to decide the matter.

Consider that Merline and Claryssa MIGHT wind up as part of the list, as might Jeanne if the Sage rules in favor of non-humans.

Ugly twist: battles are tied, and Dragon offers to marry Marine to save his own sorry ass. Borgon protests, and battle now ensues between Dragon and Borgon for leadership. The Sage has to rule on the appropriateness of Dragon's offer to Marine, and Borgon fighting Dragon as 13th match.

At one time it was quite proper for cousins to marry under certain circumstances, but is not a common practice these days. If the game time frame is closer to medieval times, it would not be out of the question for Marine and Benoit to marry.

However, the term cousin in Shakespeare's day was also used for a close friend.

I never said it was inevitable, just possible given the traditions of that day. I don't think it would happen either.

Like many of you I would love to see Marine falling in love with her most hated ennemy.
Indeed she doesn't know anything about him (looks and thoughts) plus on his side he doesn't hate Marine. I would not say that he is a really good guy becoz of that dark side of his personality. That guy is dangerously handsome ( artwork) And what about this dragon tatoo on his face? (so cool !!)
Seriously Indi! us either we are just like our heroine we don't much about that guy. He seems to be a very young ruler! How come? What does he really want? To me he is a little out of reach to Marine right now. Sure she has a great sense of justice and can open up to people. But that doesn't make her a ruler of a country.
I hope in MM3 she will be as enthusiastic as she was? And will Jeanne be coming back? Did she really left? Or she just given her the silence treat?

So many stuff we would like to know?

Last, I don't believe Marine and Benoit match together I believe Benoit is more suited to be the Hirado type. Living quietly in a Monastery deep in the Montain (eventhough is not that quiet always complaining as ever for everything) I kwow that he would be part of the 13 so no surprise there. Dunno what your plans are though?
Perhaps with Jezabel she could bring the manliest part of him .

Anyway almost 2 month or less til we enjoy MM3. Is she really gonna get the 13 on MM3. I doubt! Hope it not gonna be as long as the Aveyond Magical Orb Series? I don't mind it but this feeling of unfinished at the end is driving me

Maybe she find 12 counting with her and can't participate the tournament, and her father appear in the last minute to help.

Or maybe some events happens on the hour of the tournament. Like some rebellion.

Well, in Laxius Power there wasn't any tournament, Sooooo, in Millennium can happen the same or not.

Dunno yet about the LF series. I just started LF1 after I was done with AV3 and 3stars (I wasn't getting any were with last battle). So I almost gave it a 3wk rest and finally get back to it with a fresh new eye.

I will play LF 1 and 2 with the flow 'til new games are out.

But I don't wanna come addicted to RPG though it perhaps too late. Aveyond 1 was like a declic it was my 1st RPG. When I first played I enjoyed my self sooooooooooooo much even my bro and cozin got into it. And I just couldn't help it dowloading other games buying a DS......
I might B a little crazy now so don't pay too much attention
That why I am soooooooooo soooooooooooo found of MM series I got back those same enjoyable feelings. Can't wait to play MM3!!
