Artifacts and Relics

I have finished the game for the second time, since I missed a couple of quests first time around, and played it in Hard, Maniac mode, wow! Finished all the quests and killed the golden griffin, wow! I have 10 weapon relics, but only 5 or 6 others and 6 or 7 of each artifact type, weapons and equipment. I am sure I missed some I will never find as cannot go back, but thought it might be good to compile a list? I cannot find one. I am also wondering how many artifacts are only found using perception skill? Which is particularly annoying in maniac monster mode but will give it a try lol! Thanks!

Well I like playing these types of games and keep spread sheets for information whenever I get around to playing them again I've been keeping track of all the relics and artifacts as I get them, but there are probally some I've missed and I've yet to finish the game. I'm at the maze part of the game currently and just finished Luciana's side.

Lady Birsina's Bracelet: The screen after traveling through the Millipuffs. NE corner in a wash bucket
Lava Shield: The lava south of the Guy you get the Shovel from in the "Valley" choice from the town of Xen
Oraklion: The Rogue Imp drops this when slain (Quest from SankT Leona Fighter Guild)
Epinambeau: Seems I messed up the not on this one =(
Hero Shield: Fight the painting near the dinning hall in the Mansion
Vampire Noble Jacket: Turn the light on in the room with all the switches (next to the talking skulls on the table). In the Mansion
Diamond Fist: In the seweres (First screen to the right, in a chest)
Mantalis: Found in chest close to the stairs of Nevenmore
Black-Hole Sword: Found in a room in the Fool's Manor in the Halls of Madness
LiberateTuTeMe: Hotel in the Halls of Madness
Cozca: Found in first room of Nevenmore
Djair Armor: Found in island of Utai (map from port of Rilla) to the far east
Hero's Sword: Lady Clayens at the end of Peak of Heroes gives this to if you choose Equipement and then Swords
Silver Mist: Lady Clayens at the end of Peak of Heroes gives this to if you choose Equipement and then Armor
Egg of Numbu-Numbu Nuum: Found in the Marsh after completing the Main line quest (3 screens north of the 2nd Lamia villiage.. Near the really big plant)
Naja Cazul: The Swamp Dragon drops this
Golden Cestus: In Atlas Caves, to to the left and take the stairs up (will be on this map in a big chest)
Grandiose Axe: Atlas Caves after 4th set of stairs

Seed Pendant: Marsh (same screen as the red scorpion)
Wonder Eye: The 2nd Lamia town (after the Marsh). One of the Lamia's will sell you this for 400gp and gives quest to find orbs.
X-Bow: Bought in SankT Leona's Fighter's guild (after killing the Rogue Imp)
Burster: Mansion (east door and left a screen till you see a chest)
Explosion Bow: Halls of Madness (in Dr Dyper's waiting room)
Iradias: Found in the Astroid room in Halls of Madness
Palacia Hat: Take the Metro in Halls of Madness to the Western District's Last Station
Fiber-Factory Claw: Hotel in the Halls of Madness (defeat the girl next to the save bunny in one of the rooms)
Torkugol: Hotel in the Halls of Madness
KR28 Shield: In chest guarded by Malufus Oracle
Laxius Armor (x2): Luciana's side of the Malufus Maze (2 different spots found)
Bateleur: Buy from dwarf in Secret Room 51 on Sarah's side of the Maze (80k gp)
Atlas Bracelet: Atlas Caves - go left from entrance, up the stairs and to the map left from here. There's a save bunny and a chest west of the bunny with this in it
Oom: Atlas Caves - map the 3rd set of stairs brings you to
Atlas Shield: Atlas Caves - After 4th set of stairs
Eri Shuriken: Atlas Caves - After 4th set of stairs

After you buy the house in Rilla, there is a book shelf that Luciana is standing beside that will give you a count of Relics and Artifacts. Save first because it unequips all of you equipment to do the count. It says you should have

Weapons
10 Artifacts
10 Relics

Armor
9 Artifacts
9 Relics

Right now I am missing one of each. I know that two of the ones I am missing are the rewards from Lady Clayens at the end of the Path of Heros.

Still searching for the others.

My question is for Indy.

Are some of the Artifacts/Relics random drops from battles and could be missed?

I know - the bookcase is great! I have 10 weapon - relics and 9/10 weapon - artifacts. The equipment I have 6/9 relics and 8/9 artifacts. So I am missing 5 total, I did get the one at the peak of heroes though this time - but I only got one not 2? Is it even possible to get all? I wish I knew which I was missing, I might play again in easy low mode this time to see if I can find them all. Or I do have a save in Hall of Madness because I suspect some must be there as I can't find them anywhere else!

I did not take either weapon as a reward. I took the enchantment or whatever it is called so that no status changes (ie poison, venom, etc) are made. I made sure that Random, Sarah and Luciana were in my party so that when they fought Ozur, I wouldn't be healing all of the time.

So I know I missed two there.

I am missing 10. Artifact Weapon. 9. Artifact Armor as well as Cozca (which I got first time around) and Oraklion which I DID have - do you not finish quest to keep it? I don't have Silver Mist because I picked Hero Sword - is it one or other as thats how it seemed and that way you can't really get all the artifacts and relics?

I am going to look at my saved game and see if there is anything else there.

For Oraklion, finish the quest. Then go back to the fighter's guild and look in the cabinet in the corner of the first room and you get it back.

For Cozca. I think it is in the room where you fight Ozur the first time when he breaks the door to the Stairs of Nevermore. In the left corner behind a post.

Thanks! I went and got that again from the fighters guild, am debating redoing the end, I wonder what the Mystery Items are though! I wonder if anyone has found them yet?!

Cozca I went back and got it in my save file and it is there. I forgot about Ozur and got stuck in the fight before I was ready the second time around! I am going to level more this time though and check for missing items. There is a place in one of the stations with the spikes I never opened and wonder whats down there (if anything!).

I think you can just walk below the spikes. If I remember right, it's one of the Last Stations in the West District.

You can get the chest on the stairs of Nevermore. If you are in line with the chest when you start up and don't take your finger off the up key, you can open the chest. It has a Laxius Armor (Artifact)
