We just arrive in rillia and I want to know when in that part of the game I have to get Baretta in the party? I want to make sure to have her before I leave rillia.

I play the game for de second time because I miss her the first time..

If you helped her in the Crypt, she will be somewhere in the Sewers under the Rillian Library towards the south east. Make sure you get her before you touch the final eye.

Yes after witchwood, you can have her ack in you party but you will need to find her.
